4. NFT Certification & Data
• NFTs are minted on the Polygon blockchain and are initially owned by MSCW.
• Customers do not automatically receive the NFT in a wallet.
• A digital ‘Certificate or Authenticity’ is sent by email with the NFT’s smart contract address for reference, only after the return eligibility window has closed.
• If you later choose to claim ownership of the NFT, we will request your Polygon-compatible wallet address and transfer it.
• MSCW is not responsible for lost ‘Certificates of Authenticity ‘ or missing NFT claim windows.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share data with:
• Service providers (e.g., shipping, payment, blockchain platforms)
• Legal authorities, if required by law.
