1. Returns
<\/b><\/b>\u2022You can return items within 7 days<\/b><\/span> of delivery.
\u2022 Items must be <\/span>unused, in original condition, and with tags attached<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at here<\/a> with your order number and reason for return.<\/p>\n

2. Refunds
<\/b><\/b>\u2022Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process a refund within 7<\/strong> business days<\/b><\/span>.
\u2022Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.<\/p>\n

3. Exchanges
<\/b><\/b>\u2022If you need a different size or color, please contact us here<\/a> for an exchange.<\/p>\n

4. Non-Returnable Items
<\/b><\/b>\u2022Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products are final sale.<\/p>\n

5. NFTs and Digital Authenticity
<\/b>\u2022 Each qualifying product includes an NFT Certificate of Authenticity<\/b><\/span> minted by MSCW and held under MSCW\u2019s control.
\u2022 The <\/span>PDF certificate containing NFT contract information will only be emailed to the customer after the return window has closed<\/b>, and no return has been initiated.
<\/span>\u2022 This is to protect against fraud<\/b><\/span> and ensure only final, non-returned purchases receive digital authentication.<\/p>\n

6. Lost PDF Certificates
<\/b><\/b>Customers receive a <\/span>PDF digital authenticity certificate<\/b> via email.
<\/span>It is your responsibility to save and store<\/b><\/span> this certificate safely. MSCW does not<\/b><\/span> reissue lost or deleted certificates and is not liable<\/b><\/span> for any loss of verification proof due to customer error.<\/p>\n
